PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method which eliminates the need for specifically knowing of a coupling factor, and an inspection method which requires thereby no uncertain operation based on an experimental rule. SOLUTION: The inspection array including inspection array elements holding a specific reaction material (antibody), which are dispersed and aligned in a plane direction, is used, and a solution of a labelled antigen is supplied to the surface of the array and reacted. The emission intensity of each inspection array element is detected by an array type detector to obtain a vector composed of fluorescent molecule number z_n of a label M present in an inspection array element n with the detector element number or data number of N, the kind number of object materials of L. Simultaneous equations are solved for V by use of a known matrix composed of the vector z andα_nl of a probe and an object material l within the detector element n corresponding to the label M, whereby a vector V composed of the object material l is derived.
