PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent not only an original advertising effect from being lost but also entire image data from being affected by the color tone of an advertisement by preventing predetermined information of the advertisement or the like from being affected by a color tone adjustment that is performed upon the entire image data in an electronic still camera for a photographer to compose the predetermined information of the advertisement or the like with captured image data through a finder. SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an imaging control means for converting a captured image which is received through an optical lens, into image data using an imaging device; a storage means which is capable of storing the image data; a composing process means for composing predetermined information within a captured picture composed of the image data; and an image processing means for performing image processing upon an entire captured picture composed of the image data. If image processing is to be performed upon the captured picture using the image processing means with regard to image data containing the predetermined information in its top layer within the captured picture composed of the image data by the composition means, image processing is performed upon the image data before composing the predetermined information within the captured picture composed of the image data using the composition means stored in the storage means, and the predetermined information is composed again in the top layer within the captured picture by the composition means.
