PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device to be reduced in size and weight, to be mounted on a spacecraft which is restricted in mounting space, and to be easily carried to polar zones or devastated areas. SOLUTION: The device comprises a high voltage power source 2, a magnetron 3 to be oscillated by power source supplied from the high voltage power source 2, a waveguide tube 4 for injecting a reference signal to make an oscillation frequency to be synchronized to the reference signal by injecting a reference signal to the magnetron 3 which is in an oscillating state, a power transmission antenna 5, a waveguide path for passing a microwave to the power transmission antenna 5 from the magnetron 3, and a feedback circuit 7 for outputting a current control signal to the high voltage power source 2 after receiving the microwave supplied through a continuous hole 6a provided on the waveguide path 6.
