PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical member molded from an aromatic polycarbonate resin which has slight deterioration of surface precision of molding in continuous molding, excellent heat resistance and rigidity and an improved hue. SOLUTION: The optical member made of a transparent resin has a property in which an incident light to the number and an outgoing beam from the member are provided with a change in its optical path. The transparent resin is an aromatic polycarbonate resin composed of 5-95 mol% of an aromatic dihydroxy component being a fluorene-based bisphenol represented by a specific formula (e.g. 9,9-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methylphenyl)fluorene) and 95-5 mol% of a dihydroxy component represented by a specific formula (e.g. 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane) and has≤0.8% oligomer and monomer contents.
