PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device capable of presenting an appropriate inner force sense to an operator while dispensing with the adjustment of hardware and software even if the operator changes. SOLUTION: This remote control device is provided with a master hand 3 directly operated by the operator; a stimulation generating means 9 provided at the master hand 3 to generate stimulation given to the operator; a force sensor 7 provided at a slave hand 2 to detect the grip force of the slave hand 2; and a stimulation intensity setting means 11 for setting a stimulation intensity signal fed back to the operator.
