PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-bending thin film, a moving mechanism and a moving device provided with a power source and a movable mechanism and easily miniaturized and reduced in weight. SOLUTION: The self-bending thin film has an optical bending film 11 formed of a polymeric film bent when irradiated with light of a specific wavelength, and a light source (EL elements 12A, 12B) formed in a film shape and emitting light toward the optical bending film 11.
