PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lowering of working efficiency by fixing workpieces of different shape with one tool in a machine tool to reduce time for tool replacement or the like. SOLUTION: This workpiece positioning and fixing tool is provided with a base plate 11 fixed to a table of the machine tool; reference members 1A, 1B fixed onto the base plate and having reference surfaces arranged to have the predetermined fixed position relation to a spindle of the machine tool; pressing units 16A, 16B arranged in a position changeable manner with respect to the base plate to press the workpiece to the reference surfaces; and a presser unit 17 for pressing the workpiece 10 to the base plate.
