PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool and its manufacturing method reducing product costs and improving cutting accuracy by making effective use of resources. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the cutting tool 1 having a plurality of cutting edge parts 2 comprises a process for preparing a blade 3 of predetermined shape constituting each cutting edge part, a process for inserting the blade in a mold and then injecting a molten material of scraps of the same material as the blade, into the mold to cast a body 4 integral with the blade, and a process for cutting the blade after casting the body to form the cutting edge part. The cutting tool 1 comprises the blade 3 constituting each cutting edge part 2, and the body 4 cast integrally with the blade using the scraps of the same material as the blade.
