PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of operating an endoscope apparatus having a fixed field of visual angle and an endoscope apparatus having a wide angle view together by an operator with the same sense. SOLUTION: In the endoscope having an inserting part 2 with an observation window 15 and a treatment tool channel opening 17 at the tip surface and an operation part 3 provided at the proximal end of the inserting part 2, the endoscope system is composed of the first endoscope 31 in which a predetermined viewing angle at the observation window 15 is provided with the first objective optical system 33 and the treatment tool channel opening 17 is provided at a position at a predetermined distance from the observation window 15, and the second endoscope 32 in which the second objective optical system 37 is provided at an observation window 15' with a wider viewing angle than that of the first objective optical system 33 and a treatment tool channel opening 17' at a position with a wider distance from the observation window 15' than that between the observation window 15 of the first endoscope 31 and the treatment tool channel opening 17.
