PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face-washing puff made of a special structure of fibrous cloth for further enhancing the beauty of the face and the health of a user by effectively removing dirt or filth on the surface of the skin or the sebum and waste matter clogging the depth of pores causing the growth of acnes. SOLUTION: The face-washing puff 10 consists of a core material 1 made of soft urethane foam with a cell film removed and the fibrous fabric wrapping the core material.
