PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a put-in/takeout device for rubber cord to tie objects to be placed on the load carrying platform of a bicycle. SOLUTION: A fastener for fixation of objects has a body equipped internally with a function to take up the rubber cord having a hook at the tip, wherein the body part is fitted with an automatic takeup operation part for the rubber cord, a stopper, and a reflection plate, and on the counter-surface with a platform mounting hook and a mounting screw for attaching the body to the load carrying platform.
