PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and safe travel means that can carry a wheel chair and five or more passengers in an uptown residential street with many narrow slopes. SOLUTION: Two electric monorails for riding are connected. A truck of each monorail is pivotably connected to a travel device frame at an intermediate position and turns at the intermediate position to tilt with respect to the travel device, and the truck is lifted up by an angle equal to a rail tilting angle based on tilting angle data previously measured along the rail and is kept horizontally. Front and back vehicles are traveled by independent electric power vehicles, but connected through a connecting bar having a sensor, separation/proximity is detected, and the interval between the front and back vehicles is kept in a suitable range.
