PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a folded part of a brush single body clamping a core material and to ensure slip-off locking in a brush. SOLUTION: In the brush 10, mounting grooves 12 having narrow openings 13 are formed at a plurality of circumferential positions of the outer periphery of a rotation shaft 11, the core material 22 is inserted into the folded part 21A of the brush single body 21 and the core material 22 is attached to a mounting groove of the rotation shaft 11 and the folded part 21A of the brush single body 21. A hub 30 engageable with the end of the core material 22 attached to the mounting groove 12 of the rotation shaft 11 and preventing the slip-off of the core material 22 from the mounting groove 12 is mounted to the end surface of the rotation shaft 11.
