A clamping device (20) having a pair of male and female members (21) and (22) clamped with each other and installed along the peripheral edge of the opening part of a packaging bag, wherein at least either of the male member (21) and the female member (22) comprises shape holding parts (213, 223) extending along the extended direction of the clamping device (20), formed of a composition having the main components of a thermoplastic resin with benzene rings for main rings, and holding the opened shape thereof when installed on the packaging bag and when the packaging bag is unsealed, the opened state thereof is maintained by the shape holding parts (213, 223) and when sealed, the male member (21) and the female member (22) are clamped with each other, whereby a sealability can be assured.
