A delamination-bottle having a base cup at the bottom of a vessel body, wherein the base cup is surely fixed to the vessel body and an air inlet for leading outside air between an outer layer and an inner layer is simply opened therein, a male screw part is provided on the bottom side face of the vessel body, a female screw part threaded with the male screw part is provided in the inner surface of the tubular wall of the base cup and a projected piece acting a pressing force on the lower surface of a bottom plate wall is vertically provided on the inner surface of the bottom wall of the base cup, and when the base cup is threaded with the male screw part, the projected piece pushes up the bottom plate wall to open a slit in the outer layer of a cutting- off part, whereby since the projected piece presses the lower surface of the bottom plate wall of the vessel body when the base cap is assembled, the base cap can be surely fixed to the vessel body, and the slit for leading the outside air between the outer layer and the inner layer can be surely and easily opened in the bottom part of the vessel body by deformably bending a bottom seal part.
