The temperature sensor has a sensor element (1) in a housing (5) attached to a fluid flow pipe (8), with a spring element (11) pressing the sensor element against the wall of the pipe via an intermediate coupling plate (9). The element has a thin-film element (3) applied to one side of a carrier (2), the opposite side of which has a metal alloy layer (4) soldered or welded to the coupling plate.
