A tool for crimping electrical connectors comprises a pair of dies with means for forcing them together during the crimping operation, and a locating device for positioning the connector, the said device being mounted for sliding movement and urged by a spring towards one of the dies, and being manually movable away from that die to permit the insertion of a connector. The construction described is the same as that disclosed in Specification 801,436 and 801,437, but the claims differ. |
