PURPOSE: A method of making a tree protection plate made of rolled steels capable of precisely placing the tree which is growing in the wrong direction in the tree-through-hole of the tree protection plate by measuring the position of the tree when the tree grows out of the tree-through-hole due to the growth of a tree root is provided. It enables the tree to grow at the precise position without disturbing the roots and minimizes the tree protection replacement cost. CONSTITUTION: The tree protection plate is made by the steps of: measuring the distance of the tree circumference of an unusual or irregular position from boundary stone(2) of the unusual or irregular position installed around the tree protection plate(1a,1b); measuring the position and size of a tree(100) in the tree protection plate; changing the position and size of the tree to a data file which is capable of being used in a laser cutting apparatus; and forming a tree-through-hole(3) made of rolled steels having the size larger than the measured tree circumference on the tree protection plate. |
