A pair of parallel through holes (41a, 41b) of an identical shape are made in a flexible board (4) on which a wiring pattern (42) is formed and a piezoelectric actuator (3) comprising a piezoelectric bimorph element is inserted into one through hole (41a) and then inserted into the other through hole (41b) from the opposite surface side so that the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric actuator (3) touch the surface of the flexible board (4) on the same side. The flexible board (4) mounting the piezoelectric actuator (3) is arranged such that the piezoelectric actuator (3) touches a touch sensor part while holding a part of the flexible board (4) there between. A high performance inner force sense feedback function can be realized at a low cost by displacement of an input operation panel.
