Conductive wooden material and process for its production

摘要

In a process to manufacture chipboard e.g. medium density fiberboard, a quantity of potassium sulphate is admixed in aqueous solution to the prior art components e.g. wood fiber, binding agent, fungicide and coloring agents. The potassium sulphate represents between 0.5 to 5 %Wt. of the dry wood fibers or wood chip components. Also claimed is a powder-coated laminar floor panel made of a commensurate material that is an electrical conductor with a resistance of less than 2 x 10 9>ohms.
