<p>A mobile communication system and method for providing a broadcast service to at least one access terminal connected to a broadcast server providing the broadcast service. In the system and method, an access network changes a physical channel allocated to a plurality of broadcast channels at least once, provides the broadcast service to the access terminal using the changed physical channel, and transmits change information of the physical channel to an access terminal that transmitted a predetermined registration message if the registration message is received from the access terminal. The access terminal transmits the registration message to the access network, receives the change information of the physical channel in response, and receives data of a desired broadcast channel through the changed physical channel.</p> |
