A new variety of orchid plant of the genus Oncidium, named Oncidium Sweet Ears 'The OrchidWorks', distinguished particularly by a compact size, brilliant yellow and chocolate flowers with larger than typical flower segments, and self erect raceme with many branches on a typical first bloom plant.
