A lipidic composition for cosmetic products based on a mixture of oils selected to maintain a balance between all the lipidic families capable of supplying the essential fatty acids in optimal physiological proportions and regularizing the metabolism of these fatty acids with desired physiological responses for the skin. This composition is particular ly suitable for water-based cosmetic preparations, such as creams or milks for example, or anhydrous preparations for care of the body.
