Milled wheat leaves or liquid wheat leaf extract and/or milled wheat germ from specially selected crops are rich in minerals and trace elements. It is proposed that they are used to increase the nutritional value of food products. The proposal also includes food products whose nutritional value can be increased by these additives. A method is also proposed for the preparation of milled wheat germ, obtained from the ends of germinated wheat grains. |
