FIELD: medicine, in particular, sports, sanitation gymnastics, and curative physical culture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves stages of employment of physical yoga exercises, first stage including doing exercises aimed at increasing stability and orientation of body in space, accompanied by straining of muscles at inhalation step and releasing said straining at expiration step; second stage including doing exercises aimed at increasing of muscular force, strength, and body's flexibility, with isometric straining of muscles being effected at expiration and release thereof at inhalation steps; third stage including forming, at the background of positive emotional mood, within the body the feeling of heat, cold and pricking with successive movements in different directions of sagittal, front and horizontal planes in projection of organs of internal secretion, urogenital system, spine and feel organs, striving for getting of autosuggestion state and performing self-massaging of points arranged rearward of bone - Che-gu and in the region of one third the shin - Tz-san-li; combining isometric mode exercises with exercises of dynamic and static nature, with duration of maximal static force being not in the excess of 5 s. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of method and safe enhancing of functional capabilities of human organism. ^ 19 dwg |
