FIELD: automotive industry; tire industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: radial carcass reinforcement fitted in bead around bead ring starting from foot of bead to its nose forms turn whose edge in meridional section is arranged radially relative to outer side of rubber mix section, axially and externally adjacent to bend ring and having drop-like form with top under section of bead ring in meridional section and having shore hardness exceeding Shore hardness of rubber mixes arranged axially and reliability over unit of bead ring-section. Turn of carcass reinforcement is extended in reinforcement surrounding the section and it is brought around bead ring. Turn of carcass reinforcement and reinforcement overlap each other at distance equal to half of axial width of seat of bead, minimum, and radial distance between reinforcement members of two reinforcements is equal to 0.6 mm, minimum. ^ EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of tire. ^ 8 cl, 3 dwg |
