FIELD: food processing industry, in particular production of fruit-and-berry juices and light spirituous beverages. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh grape pressing and sulfitation to produce juice. Then ethanol in amount of 16-25 vol.% is introduced into juice. Process is carried out for 1-2 h with repeated agitation for 5-10 min and sedimentation for 10-20 min.
