FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, namely chamfering one or both ends of through opening. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool includes cutter having right and left cutting edges and mounted on member elastic in radial direction. In order to provide automatic working and desired accuracy of chamfer dimensions, elastic member is mounted at preliminary tightness effort exceeding radial component of cutting force.
