摘要 FIELD: blanks working with use of blade tool during rough working stage and finish working stage. ^ SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of rough frictional working of blank and finish working of it by blade cutting at rotation and reciprocation motion at speed 150 - 200 mm/min of built-up cutting tool. In order to enhance efficiency of working and to improve quality of worked surface, face milling cutter placed in metallic sleeve is used as built-up cutting tool. Stem of milling cutter is mounted in central opening of sleeve bottom. Top portions of cutting tips of milling cutter are mounted under lower end of sleeve and spaced from it by distance equal to depth of blade cutting and they are spaced from outer surface of sleeve by distance 7 - 20 mm. In order to heat worked metal till temperature 450 - 550°C, rough working is realized by means of lower end of sleeve by depth 1.0 - 2.5 mm. Finish working is realized at cutting rate 10 - 30 m/s and at depth of blade cutting 0.2 - 1.0 mm. At working, milling cutter is cooled by means of air blown through openings uniformly arranged in lateral wall of sleeve. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of working process, improved quality of worked surface. ^ 1 dwg
