The device (D) has a ventilator (7) to produce a temperate air flow from an ambient air flow and from a hot air flow composed of a compressed gas collected on an engine of the vehicle. A turbine (3) is supplied by the compressed hot air flow through an injection orifice (O) to drive the ventilator. The compressed hot air flow is injected tangentially to the diameter of the turbine.
