The assembly has a rotating butterfly valve (50) arranged in a mixing zone for mixing and/or distributing air flow in the direction of a cab interior. A cross supporting beam supports the valve to mix and/or distribute the air flow. A heating, ventilation and air-conditioning apparatus (10) is mounted on a central portion (32) of the beam which is moved relative to lateral portions extending from both sides of the apparatus.
