The impactor has a main body (6, 6a, 7, 7a) integrated to a control rod (8) whose one end cooperates with hooks (5) of an acetabulum (2) connected to an end of the body, and another end cooperates with an adjusting unit (4) of the hooks. A percussion function of the impactor is made distinct from its adjusting function, such that the adjusting unit is secured from impacts of the percussion function during impaction with acetabulum.
