A microwave oven liner (11) comprises: A roof (12), a floor (14), a back (15) and two sides (16) all being of food grade plastics material and of sufficient rigidity for automatic washing, the whole being sized to fit removably in a microwave oven. Wherein the roof is shorter at the front, which is open, than the floor, to allow air to circulate for steam withdrawal from the oven.
