PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suitable information presentation, in response to operating tendencies of the driver. SOLUTION: An operation tendency identifying section 14 of a control unit 10 identifies operation tendencies of drivers to record them for each running scene, based upon the recommended speed calculated from a recommending speed operation section 12 and the actual running resultants recorded in a running resultant recording section 13. An information presentation way decision section 15 decides information and its presentation ways to be given to drivers, based upon the running tendencies recorded in each running scene.
