PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition suitable for preparing a film excellent in chemical resistance, heat resistance, hardness, folding resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: The imidized methacrylic resin composition is prepared by treating a methacrylic resin composition(C) with an imidizing agent. The resin composition(C) is obtained by polymerizing a methacrylic acid ester-based polymer(A) comprising methacrylic acid ester as a main ingredient in the presence of acrylic acid ester-based crosslinked elastomer particles(B) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture(b) comprising an acrylic acid ester as a main ingredient with a polyfunctional monomer having≥2 non-conjugated double bonds per one molecule.
