PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor stator which requires no new die for a resin insulating component when a motor stator of which the length of iron core is changed is manufactured. SOLUTION: A motor stator 100 comprises a laminate iron core 10 of an electromagnetic steel plate 11 punched out into a form composed of an outer peripheral yoke 11a forming a part of circumference and teeth 11b extending perpendicular to the outer peripheral yoke 11a, and two resin insulating components 20 so inserted from both ends of the teeth 11b, in width direction, as to cover it, toward the center from both ends in lamination direction of the laminate iron core 10. Notches 21g and 21h in which an insulating sheet 30 for insulating an exposed part of the teeth 11b is inserted are provided near the abutting position of tips of both resin insulating components 20.
