PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot antenna which can easily be broadbanded at a low cost. SOLUTION: The slot antenna 10 is provided with: a radiation conductor layer 13 with a slot 12 formed to an upper side of a dielectric board 11; and a feeder line 14 formed at a position of a bottom of the dielectric board 11 for crossing the slot 12 in the width direction, and a notch 13a is provided to the radiation conductor layer 13 in the vicinity of a closing end of the slot 12. In the slot antenna 10, power is fed to the radiation conductor layer 13 in the vicinity of the slot 12 via the feeding line 14 to be able to excite the slot 12. In the feeding state as above, since the notch 13a acts like a capacitor and a narrow part 13b existing between the notch 13a and the slot 12 acts like an inductor, the current path can be differentiated in response to the frequency.
