PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of wiring and assembling of an objective lens drive apparatus using a print coil substrate miniaturized and weight-lightened, and to attain miniaturization and improvement of performance by increasing the degree of freedom of design of the optical pickup and the optical disk drive provided with the print coil substrate. SOLUTION: In each layer of a first layer and a second layer of a print coil substrate of two-layer constitution, a layer having a land part and the other layer overlapping on this layer are wired by a through hole 12 to form one print coil substrate 9 combining two layers. Magnitude of a coil pattern 11 of the most outer layer (first layer) provided with the land part 10 and that of a coil pattern 11 of an adjacent layer (second layer) are changed. In the coil pattern 11 of the layer having the land part 10, width (vertical direction) is made small so as not to overlap with the land part 10 in the same layer. Also, in the layer having no adjacent land part 10, length of wiring is made to be sufficient so as to overlap the coil pattern 11 with the land part 10, and reduction of thrust is suppressed.
