PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technique stably rotating an optical disk regardless of the error of wobble signals in an optical disk device. SOLUTION: Frame signals for which the fluctuation of a frame cycle is within a reference value or phase data for which a phase value is within the reference value, are held as pseudo frame information on the basis of the frame signals extracted from the wobble signals, and the rotation of a spindle motor is controlled on the basis of the extracted frame signals when the fluctuation amount of the cycle of the wobble signals is within a set reference value, and is controlled on the basis of the pseudo frame information when the fluctuation amount of the cycle of the wobble signals exceeds the set reference value.
