PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet having very low deterioration of adhesivity with time comparing the conventional adhesive sheet, comprises an intermediate layer preventing effectively a compounding agent or the like contained in a topping rubber layer constituting a rubber coated fabric from migrating to the adhesive layer, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet having the adhesive layer formed in lamination on the surface of the topping rubber layer in the rubber-coated fabric through the intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer comprises amorphous polyester resin, whose glass transition point is higher than 20°C.
