PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an FRP product which has a partially complex three-dimensional structure, has no air bank and no resin bank even when it is shaped by oven shaping, and has a beautiful appearance and a method for shaping the FRP product. SOLUTION: In the method for shaping the fiber-reinforced plastic product, a prepreg (1) is laminated on a block 10, the laminated prepreg is covered with a thermoplastic resin film, the end part of the film is sealed in the block and closed, and it is pressurized by atmospheric pressure, heated, and shaped. A press jig (14) for pressing a partial recess (11a) to be pressurized in particular during shaping is used. The jig (14) is applied to the recess (11) from above the film along the shape of the block of the recess (11) to be pressurized in particular of the prepreg (1), and the prepreg (1) is shaped.
