PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure vessel excellent in the strength and the adhesion. SOLUTION: The pressure vessel (1) is constituted of a composite casting member composed of an iron-based porous body (11) containing Fe as the main component and having many voids and a cast-in material (12) containing a light metal as the main component and casting-in at least a part of the iron-based porous body, and the iron-based porous body has a combining part (11b) having large void ratio arranged near the boundary with the cast-in material and a reinforcing part (11a) having less void ratio than the combining part and high strength arranged except the combining part, and the iron-based porous body and the cast-in material in the composite casting member, are firmly combined by impregnation-solidifying the cast-in material with the combining part.
