PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical X-ray radiographic apparatus capable of easily removing dust and dirt including blood, physiological saline or the like stuck to the wheels of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A brush 15 is provided at the upper part of the rear wheel 13b of the carriage 11 of the equipment, and pressed to the floor installing surface of the rear wheel 13b with prescribed pressure by a spring 16 for pressing the brush. When the carriage 11 is moved, the dust including the blood, the physiological saline or the like stuck to the floor installing surface of the rear wheel 13b is peeled off by the brush 15, and thrown into a dust collection tray 17. Then, after a surgery is finished, the lock 19b of the tray 17 is unlocked from a fitting frame 19 and taken out to the outside along a rail 19a. Then, the dust inside is thrown away into a container, and the tray 17 is sterilized. The tray 17 is set again to the prescribed place of the equipment and prepared for the next surgery.
