PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking and receiving tool for feces of dogs so as to make an opening and closing port of the tool capable of easily picking up and receiving the feces, and also capable of shortening the length of the tool body of the tool as compact except for using time. SOLUTION: This tool for easily picking up and receiving the feces is provided by installing a claws 3, 4 having a hook shape at the tip end part of the opening and closing port for easily picking up the feces, and opening the opening and closing port at or at more than right angle by pulling a drawing lever 10 at a grip for easily receiving the feces, and installing a hinge plate and lock button 8 at the joint of the handle.
