PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a shaking separation shelf and to prevent separating performances from lowering. SOLUTION: The subject apparatus is composed by axially installing a threshing cylinder 31 in a threshing chamber 33 and a waste dust treating chamber 37 in which a waste dust treating cylinder 35 for receiving and treating materials to be treated from the threshing chamber 33 is provided at the rear on one side of the threshing chamber 33. A suction fan 53 for discharging the waste dust materials in a separation chamber 50 having the shaking separation shelf 38 to the outside of the machine is installed on the side opposite to the waste dust treating chamber 37 relatively to the threshing chamber 33. A suction port 55 of the suction fan 53 is provided in a position opposite to the rear side of the waste dust treating chamber 37 and a second suction port 54 of the suction fan 53 is composed so as to be installed in a position at the rear of the threshing chamber 33 and opposite to the front side of the waste dust treating chamber 37.
