PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for updating a test device. SOLUTION: A distributed test device system includes a user interface 12, a server 14 communicating with the user interface 12 and at least one distributed test device 16 communicating with the server 14. A user selects at least one distributed test device 16 for an update via the user information and the server 14 communicates with the selected at least one distributing test device to download the update from the server 14 and then and downloads the update from the server 14.
