<p>A DC/DC converter wherein the fear of a degradation of transformation efficiency caused by the saturation of a voltage transformer is eliminated, the size of the voltage transformer can be reduced, and the switching loss can be suppressed to enhance the transformation efficiency. An LC resonance circuit (3) is inserted on the secondary side of a transformer (1). Driving means (4) alternately turns on and off a pair of switching means (2-1,2-2), thereby causing the transformer (1) to generate an output on the secondary side thereof. A combination of a current detection current transformer (5), a current value determining part (6) and a current value comparing part (7) determines, in each half cycle, a difference in value between current resonance currents of the LC resonance circuit (3). In accordance with the determination result, the driving means (4) automatically adjusts the on-duty of the switching means (2-1,2-2) such that the resonance current exhibits the same value every half cycle.</p> |
