PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device, an image formation method, a document control system, a document control method and an image formation program which enable the document printed with specified marks to be certainly prevented from being handled against the restrictions indicated by the marks and a recording medium in which the image formation program is recorded while computer-reading getting possible.

SOLUTION: MFP performs the tasks of printing the specified marks to the paper including IC tag (S205) and also writing the IC tag information indicating the contents of the specified marks to the IC tag included in the paper (S206).
