<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cell for a fuel battery improved in airtightness between a frame and a separator. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated body is formed by adhering frames 4, 5 on both sides of an electrolyte membrane 1 and by arranging gas diffusion layers 2, 3 inside the frames 4, 5. Then, a separator 6 is arranged on the side of one frame 4 and the gas diffusion layer 2, and by irradiating laser beam hv from the other frame 5 side and by melting the frame 4, the contact part of the frame 4 and the separator 6 is fusion joined. Thereby, the frame 4 and the separator 6 can be firmly fusion joined without using an adhesive requiring a long time for hardening and airtightness can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
