<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treating method of a steel sheet by which an electric power consumption unit is minimized without causing the change in the quality of the steel sheet and the deformation of the steel sheet which is represented by a slitting camber is reduced within an allowed value by reducing residual stress. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat treatment of the steel sheet by which the steel sheet is heated by using a heating device installed on the manufacturing line of the steel sheet by a hot rolling, the allowable residual stress of the steel sheet after air cooling is determined from the allowable deformation on the basis of the service conditions of the steel sheet and the allowable temperature difference in the width direction of the steel sheet before air cooling is determined from the allowable residual stress. When the temperature distribution in the width direction of the steel sheet before heating is within the allowable temperature difference in the width direction, the steel sheet is conveyed to the next stage without heating and, in the case the temperature distribution in the width direction exceeds the allowable temperature difference in the width direction, the steel sheet is heated by calculating the output of the heating device so that the temperature distribution in the width direction becomes within the allowable temperature difference in the width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
